The Panagbenga Festival, or Blooming Flowers Festival, is a yearly flower festival held in Baguio City that brings together locals and visitors from all over the world.

The term Panagbenga refers to a mash-up of cultural influences from Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries. The phrase literally means 'blooming season.' The famous festival will take place in February to commemorate the city's wealth of flowers.
